The goal of this program to make mobility training a daily habit. This program has 32 exercises covering 8 different regions of your body. Each day you can choose between four different options, ranging from 8 to 32 minutes in length. (yes...there is an 8-minute routine!) The only equipment necessary for this routine is a foam roller, you will need access to some space on the ground, a wall, and a chair, box, or bench. This program is uniquely designed for the person who the most seasoned athlete and the individual who just starting to do mobility work.
