Strong Glutes - 10 week training program
In this 10-week training program, you have a glute-specific program built for your individual needs. After a 20-minute assessment via ZOOM, you will have a personalized training program built to:
- "turn-off" the muscles that are preventing your glutes from firing appropriately
- activate the deeper fibers of the accessory hip muscle
- strengthen, shape, and tone your glute maximus
With this program expect to develop a stronger, more powerful butt that will help prevent knee, hip, and lower back pain.
