10 WEEKS-Online Personal Training


10 Week Online Corrective Fitness Training 


This is for 10 weeks on online personal training via ZOOM. Each session will be 25 minutes in length for 10 weeks. The first session is dedicated to assessment, goal setting,  and program design. During the second session, you will given your plan and instructions for your training. During each of the remaining eight sessions you will be given a new challenge as it relates to your fitness goals.
