Injury Proof Fitness
This is for 3 sessions of online personal training. Personal training is a 6 week commitment. The first session will be used for program design. During this session will assess needs and discus fitness related goals. The assessment will give me a chance to understand your movement limitations. Following the session I will create a plan to help move and feel better while chasing your fitness related goals. The program is created within a week and will be introduced during session number two. During this session, you will introduced to each of the drills in your plan. You will learn all the details needed the help you become a master of your body. The third session is used as benchmark session between week four and six. During this session we will reassess your movements.
