Mobility Checkup


In this 30 minute ZOOM session, we will assess the function of your:

  • cervical spine (neck)
  • thoracic spine (upper back)
  • lumbar spine (low back)
  • hips
  • knees 
  • ankles

in 3 separate planes of movements. From this, I will create you a checklist of areas of concern that could causes of potential problems. This checklist will allow to prioritize your mobility training.
